Academic Achievement Program

Physical Health

Good habits related to sleep, nutrition, and exercise are the foundation of overall health and well-being—social, emotional, professional, and academic. The goal is to address people's habits and incorporate practical ways to make positive changes, including a strong focus on screen time.

Social-emotional health

 

Our social-emotional health program focuses on developing self-awareness related to healthy friendships and emotional expression. We explore techniques for managing stress, expressing emotions constructively, resolving conflicts, and learning how to cope with and manage bullying.

Executive Functioning Skills

 

Executive functioning skills focus on teaching skills that enable children to plan and achieve goals, demonstrate self-control, follow multi-step instructions even when interrupted, and stay focused despite distractions.

Study Techniques and Increased Motivation

 

We encourage students to think about their academic goals. Then we help them with the daily steps they need to take to achieve those goals. We teach them the importance of setting goals that help them reach their full potential.
